Happy Monday y'all. So how perfect is this playroom? Ours is a work in progress. I have some pieces that I love, but I feel like it's lacking the layers that this room and the others below have. How sweet are the birds on the ceiling? I am determined to have that wallpaper in my home some day. It is Julia Rothman's Daydream Wallpaper from Hygge & West and in case you were wondering and it is whimsical perfection. The rugs are also super fun and love the unexpected pairing. The whole room just comes together in such a collected way. It reminds me of how my 6 year old dresses. At first, its like WTF are you wearing, but then it's like oh wait your leopard print leggings + your sequin skirt, silver moon boots and overlaying lace dress is actually amazing. I think this is how a kids room should feel. Perfectly imperfect.
Here are some other spaces that I really love and are serving as inspiration for me as I continue to "layer" our play room. It's so weird, none of these play spaces have enormous Barbie Dream Houses taking up an entire wall... I guess I am just ahead of the trend on that one.
